Art In the Garden Tour
Become the primary conduit for all activities at a specific garden on the tour. As a member of this elite and dynamic team, you will coordinate the activities of the assigned volunteers thus ensuring a successful event!

This group employs creative genius in identifying and proposing revenue-generating projects for the club while providing oversight for the ongoing Daytrippers and McGill Rose Garden projects. Our outreach committee also enjoys the challenge of ensuring that outlined diversity initiatives within the club, its’ public missions and persona are met.

Marketing is the critical piece to all organizational puzzles! Our dynamic team develops and coordinates all print/digital messaging. With the goal of extending and protecting our brand image and reach, they initiate positive conversations via social media while supporting our internal committees and their targeted messaging.

Meeting Hospitality
Be a part of the team that sets the monthly stage for an enjoyable meeting for all. We not only meet & greet current, and welcome new members, but we ensure that our speaker’s needs are met. We are responsible for ensuring that food and beverages are available for our attendees in a hospitable atmosphere.

Be a part of the coordination of our speakers’ program. In addition to ensuring a dynamic seasonal line-up of speakers, our committee provides integral, promotional, and administrative support before and during speaker visits to our organization.
