All events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted (with asterisks). Meetings are held in the Van Every Forum, Mint Museum of Art, 2730 Randolph Rd., Charlotte, NC 28207. Refreshments are served in the Atrium at 7 p.m., programs begin promptly at 7:30 p.m.

Larry is Professor of Botany and Director of the Botanical Gardens at UNCC. He is co-author of "The Winter Garden: Planning and Planting for the Southeast." Learn about plants that grow in Charlotte's climate, particularly those that thrive during our often unpredictable winters.
